No. Pricing is determined by the size of your organisation, not the number of logins used. 

So when you subscribe to the site, you will need to give us your faculty numbers because we think and hope you will agree that teachers are entitled to access the quality support that HOW2s offers. So if you use the site as we recommend, you will give all of those teachers access so that you won’t have spare logins. 

That said, of course, we do recognise, however, that sometimes things change; for example, you might close a department or even a campus. So we would look at that at renewal and certainly if your staff numbers have decreased we would requote you.
