Put teaching and learning firmly in the centre by adding HOW2s to meetings.
Purpose
To put the focus of the meeting on teaching and learning.
To provide precision and structure to the dialogue.
Procedure
Inform heads of department and year group leaders on ways to incorporate HOW2s into meetings.
Use Nudge, directing them to Put It Into Practice in the Learning Centre.
Prepare for the meeting, or session, by creating a personal Set of HOW2s to be discussed.
Facilitate collaborative learning by creating a Group of those teachers who will be attending.
Distribute the HOW2s from your meeting by sharing a Set with the Group of attendees using Nudge.
Groups capture their ideas for and trials of their HOW2 adaptations using Notes.
