Establish deliberate practice by learning new HOW2s.
Purpose
To embed a new HOW2 into your classroom practice.
To select the HOW2 on a learning need (a professional one for yourself, or a Learning Statement for your students).
Procedure
Find a technique that matches a learning need.
Identify it.
Find more HOW2s to consider trying out. (Repeat steps 1 & 2)
Select one of the HOW2s you intend to work on.
Extension
Study the selected HOW2 in more detail.
Capture your ideas on how you might adapt the HOW2 to your classroom.
Learn the HOW2 collaboratively with colleagues.
Create a plan and decide a date by when your Status changes from Working On It to Embedded It.
Share learning with your organisation. Add to your Notes, then change Share with to All Colleagues.
