Purpose
To share best practice.
To personalise and apply this learning.
Procedure
Find out which teachers are using particular HOW2s in their practice.
Use the Skills Exchange to find teachers with the Embedded It status for targeted HOW2s.
Ask these teachers to put some of these HOW2s together for a lunchtime session based on chosen learning needs.
Use the Nudge tool to request the teachers create a Set of (2 to 4) HOW2s.
Identified teachers present their HOW2s to colleagues at lunchtime.
Attending teachers discuss how they would adapt these HOW2s to suit their classrooms, then capture their ideas using Notes.
Groups capture their ideas for and trials of their HOW2 adaptations using Notes.
Nudge attending teachers to share their progress.
