Provide HOW2 solutions along with your feedback.
Purpose
To add HOW2s to lesson observation feedback.
To famililarise yourself with the resources in the Learning Centre.
Procedure
Invite senior colleagues to incorporate HOW2s into their lesson observation feedback.
Use the Nudge tool to contact and invite them.
Let them know how best to do this. Direct them to the Put It Into Practice section with the Learning Centre.
Ask them to indicate when they are using HOW2s as part of their feedback.
Use the Nudge tool to encourage their progress and for them to share their practice, and ask them to use Notes to capture their practice and share with observer colleagues.
