Make HOW2s an everyday part of the coaching process.
Purpose
To add HOW2s to the coaching process.
To famililarise yourself with the resources in the Learning Centre.
Procedure
Invite coaches to incorporate HOW2s into their coaching process. Use the Nudge tool to contact and invite them.
Let them know how best to do this. Direct them to the Put It Into Practice section with the Learning Centre.
Ask them to indicate when they are using HOW2s as part of their coaching.
Use the Nudge tool to encourage their progress and for them to share their practice. Ask them to use the Notes to capture their practice and share with colleagues.
