With the click of a button, the HOW2 web app enables teachers to demonstrate their own professional learning, how they have contributed to the professional learning of their peers and how they are contributing to the learning organisation as a whole. These are pretty standard criteria for Teacher Standards globally and sharing logins scuppers all of this. Every user needs their own login so that they can populate the Skills Exchange with their own level of expertise, so that they can be contacted via the site and so that they can organise their library of techniques as they want to view them. In fact the more an individual uses the HOW2 web app’s features, the more it appears as if the app is just for them. We know it’s tempting, we’re human too, but please don’t do it.
