If you’re an Administrator, you can obtain a report on your Organisation’s usage of HOW2. Reports are emailed to you, and include detailed user data as an attachment in CSV format.
The ‘Reports’ page can be accessed from the Users menu.
Optional: filter the report’s users by choosing a group.
Optional: limit the report’s timeframe by setting the start and/or end date.
Click the ‘Get Report’ button.
The report data is emailed to your HOW2 user account’s email address.
The email report contains a summary of overall usage and a list of all users’ basic usage details in your Organisation or Group.
More detailed usage data for each user is included as an attachment in CSV format. If you wish to filter or otherwise process the data, you may like to open the CSV file in a spreadsheet program.
