Some of our colleges pointed out that coaching conversations can often start over a cup of coffee (or on a zoom call). They wanted something to support the transition to the app. Working with a number of our colleges the cards were created as a response to this request. The questions on the card mirror those used in the ​‘Barriers to Progress’ collection in the library. Nice (well we think so). Take a look at the video, its only one minute and forty seconds long.
