Runshaw College Joins HOW2 Community, Building on its Reputation for Educational Excellence

TeachingHOW2s today announced its partnership with Runshaw College to extend ²⁴⁄₇ personalised coaching and pedagogical expertise to the college’s entire body of educators.

Well known for its outstanding results and continuous investment in its staff, Runshaw College selected the HOW2 instructional coaching app to support and enhance its existing TLA practices.

Starting with its Teacher Induction Programme for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), the HOW2 techniques along with the platform’s core collaborative learning tools, will be embedded as part of Runshaw’s peer observations, assessment and appraisal processes.

The app’s range of social learning tools will also foster the capture and sharing of best practices across the college’s A Level, vocational, FE and apprenticeship courses.
