When you have such a large staff, it is hard to manage and personalise their CPD. HOW2s can help with that. It allows very few coaches to support a large number of users. We’d suggest that the first thing you do with your users is put them into groups. This will be different for each organisation, but as an example, you might want to create a Newly Qualified Teacher Group or a Geography Group or a cross-faculty teaching and learning group. There’s no limit to how many groups someone can be in. And anyone can set up a group. Once created, you can communicate with that group at the click of a button on the site.
