HOW2 Appoints Dan Beale as Advisor to Drive Growth and Impact in Further Education

TeachingHOW2s is delighted to welcome Dan Beale as Advisor, strengthening our capacity to support educators and institutions across the Further Education and skills sector.
Dan, of Pro Excellence Partnership, brings a wealth of leadership and consultancy experience, built over years in senior executive roles across multi-site colleges, national education consultancy, and governance. He has a proven track record in quality improvement, strategic growth, and cultural transformation, as well as extensive expertise in inspection methodology and quality assurance.
As Advisor to TeachingHOW2s, Dan will:
- Support TeachingHOW2s in pursuing new opportunities and expanding reach across colleges and training providers.
- Engage the sector by hosting webinars and live events, introducing educators and senior leaders to the HOW2 Platform as a practical approach to embedding evidence-based teaching.
- Highlight, in his role as consultant to SLTs, how the HOW2 Platform aligns with sector priorities and supports long-term improvement in teaching and learning.
TeachingHOW2s offers a uniquely practical way to build consistent, high-quality teaching at scale. Whether teachers are brand new to teaching or highly experienced, HOW2 provides techniques they can use immediately, saving time and building confidence fast.
