TeachingHOW2s is delighted to welcome Dan Beale as Advisor, strengthening our capacity to support educators and institutions across the Further Education and skills sector.
Dan, of Pro Excellence Partnership, brings a wealth of leadership and consultancy experience, built over years in senior executive roles across multi-site colleges, national education consultancy, and governance. He has a proven track record in quality improvement, strategic growth, and cultural transformation, as well as extensive expertise in inspection methodology and quality assurance.
As Advisor to TeachingHOW2s, Dan will:
- Support TeachingHOW2s in pursuing new opportunities and expanding reach across Further Education and workforce development, building on his leadership and consultancy experience.
- Engage the sector by hosting webinars and live events, introducing educators and senior leaders to the HOW2 Platform as a practical approach to embedding evidence-based teaching.
- Draw on his consultancy work with senior leadership teams to show how the HOW2 Platform aligns with sector priorities and contributes to sustainable improvement in teaching and learning.
TeachingHOW2s offers a uniquely practical way to build consistent, high-quality teaching at scale. Whether teachers are brand new to teaching or highly experienced, HOW2 provides techniques they can use immediately, saving time and building confidence fast.
