York College Selects HOW2 Platform to Provide Personalised Coaching and Develop a College Community of Practice

York College’s decision to implement the HOW2 app is part of an organisation-wide strategy to support teachers to be the very best they can be and to pursue excellence in all that the college does for its students and staff. 

The HOW2 app will also support the further development of a college community of practice where teaching, learning and assessment is discussed with colleagues across the college as they collaborate within and across curriculum areas.

The app will offer a whole organisation approach to providing pedagogical expertise, boosting support to over 400 teachers at the college.

The College was also chosen as one of the pilot providers of the new T Level courses, from September 2021 there will be four courses available to choose from, the T Level course offering will continue to grow each year.

Courses available to study also include a range of flexible higher education courses in our University Centre as well as many accredited professional courses for adults that aim to upskill, retrain or help you progress in your chosen career.
