The HOW2 Teacher Development Platform continues to make waves across Team Fisher, the Capita-led consortium awarded a 12-year contract in 2020, to transform and modernise shore-based training across Royal Navy training sites.

Witnessing remarkable success in the first three years of its transformative journey, Team Fisher celebrates a milestone with the HOW2 Platform reaching over 13,000 views of strategies in just ten months.

With a user base exceeding 1200 educators and 50 HOW2 Champions trained in the past year, the platform has seamlessly integrated into the bedrock of teaching and learning across the Team Fisher training cadre.

Approaching the transition from its initial three-year phase to the second leg of its 12-year journey, Simon Scott-Munden, Education and Training Team Lead at HMS Collingwood outlines the HOW2 platform’s pivotal role:
