Hull College's Remarkable Transformation

Congratulations to Hull College on its journey from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’.

Earlier this month Hull College confirmed its transformation with the announcement of a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating. We interviewed Vice Principal Ranjit Singh, who outlined the journey they’ve taken, along with their experiences using the HOW2 Platform.

The developmental approach steered by Singh helped to inspire trust and transparency, and enhanced pedagogical delivery and the quality of provision in just two years.

As far as we’re concerned, we’ve only just got started. The stage is set for us to push beyond outstanding because we refuse to set the ceiling at outstanding. We want to become world-class.
